Academies Enterprise Trust is the largest academy trust in the country with a national network of 63 primary, special and secondary academies across England. Under new leadership and with an entirely new executive team, AET is now a radically different organisation.  School improvement, governance and finance have all been overhauled and we are now in a position to grow.

We are currently moving forward with a Business Service review of our central team.    This post will  lead and manage the delivery of a high quality, effective and proactive HR function across our academies.

You will be a Chartered Member of CIPD, with significant experience of dealing with complex generalist HR matters within the Education sector.  Significant knowledge of HR policies and procedures and their implementation to include advising on reorganisation and redundancy, disciplinary and grievance and other employee relations matters. This will include experience of working with trade union representatives at a national and local level.  You will manage and deliver a high quality customer focused HR service, with proven ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external colleagues.
