Who are we?

The SASH Education Trust (Slough Association of Secondary Headteachers) comes from a unique, innovative and collaborative partnership involving the headteachers of the existing secondary schools in Slough. It currently consists of two schools: Ditton Park Academy and Grove Academy. Ditton Park Academy is a 11-19 School and Grove Academy is the only all-through school in Slough and caters for children from Reception through to 6th form.

Who are we looking for?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Human Resources and Operational support to join our team and provide support to our Academy Principals, HR leads in each Academy and support for the Senior Executive lead and Board of Trustees. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and broaden your HR experience and work within an Educational Trust environment. The colleague appointed will have a background in HR and be keen to develop their experience and understanding of the workings of an educational trust. They will also have a good understanding of the HR landscape and how to translate that into effective systems and processes at Trust and Academy level to provide the foundation for an effective HR and people strategy.

We are looking for a candidate, who can work off their own initiative, is service driven and keen to broaden and develop their experience and skills.

You will be joining a Trust and team of colleagues who are keen to work together, in partnership, to secure excellent outcomes for the communities that they serve. In the role, you will work closely with the Senior Executive Lead, the Academy Principals, Academy HR leads and the Chair of Trustees.
