The British Vietnamese International School (BVIS), produces a high quality international education standard with a rapidly growing reputation. Fully integrated within the curriculum is the deliberate nurturing and safeguarding of Vietnamese language, culture and heritage. This new type of school is the first in Vietnam to offer this unique and special model.

BVIS is a member of the prestigious Federation of British International Schools in Asia and is fully accredited by the Council of International Schools. We have wonderful facilities and have been shortlisted in the community category for the TES Independent School Awards 2018.

As a result of the continued expansion and growth of the school, we are now seeking to add an outstanding leader to our staff team.

Head of Humanities

The School is at an exciting point in its development  and you would be joining a growing school. We will be creating a Humanities Facutly with a group of very strong practitioners. You will be able to bring these teachers together into a strong collaborative team. You will be able to lead this team in the next stage of developing an excellent Humanities curriculum that helps all students develop a creative enquiring and analytical approach. The secondary school is a supportive environment, where colleagues share their expertise to support the professional development of all. You will deliver UK National Curriculum and IGCSE or International A Level programmes. You will challenge your students to set ambitious targets for themselves and seek out and implement innovative teaching practices to enhance the student experience and outcomes.
