The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Head of Inclusion to join the Leadership Team at our vibrant school based in Langley, Berkshire. We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner with experience in the field of SEN and inclusion.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a QTS
- SEN Qualification
- Has the right to work in the UK
- has recent relevant experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s provision for pupils with learning difficulties and make a wider contribution to whole-school improvement. You must be familiar with the Code of Practice and identification, assessment and support of children with learning difficulties/special educational needs.
You must have an enthusiasm for Teaching and Learning, and will report and work closely with the Education Director.
You will be someone who sets the highest expectations of yourself and others. You must be committed to ensuring that all pupils will receive an outstanding educational experience in a school that is focused on raising aspirations and outcomes on every level.
