Brighton College AlAin seeks to appoint an outstanding applicant as Head of Inclusion (Junior School) who will report to the Director of Inclusion.

The Head of Inclusion (Junior School) will collaborate with an integrated team of specialists who will collectively ensure that every pupil is provided with the help and support they need to enable them to achieve.

The Head of Inclusion (Junior School) will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive approach to supporting all pupils that fall under the inclusion umbrella.

This role will require a strong candidate to support staff and pupils by ensuring SEN best practice is consistently embedded into each and every lesson for maximum impact and pupil progress and attainment.
