Haileybury is seeking a Head of Junior School at its City campus. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing 16 July 2018.

The primary responsibility of the Head of Junior School is to lead the staff and students of this part of the school with integrity and passion.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide best practice in teaching, learning and pastoral care in the Junior School
• Lead, manage and support the Junior School Team, ensuring they are a highly professional, motivated, collaborative and effective team
• Oversee Junior School operational issues and support the organisation of Junior School events and activities
• Participate in specific projects as required
• Be a member of the City Executive and make a strong contribution to discussions about future directions and strategy
