We are looking to appoint a forward thinking, enthusiastic and experienced teacher as Head of Key Stage 2 in our vibrant middle school (years 5 – 8). This new role brings the opportunity to shape our pupils’ journey through years 5 and 6.
Henlow is a highly popular, successful and oversubscribed academy located in an attractive rural setting in Bedfordshire. It is one of the 134 Church schools within the Diocese of St Albans. We work very closely with the five feeder lower schools from whom we receive most of our children. We also have good, collaborative working relationships with the other lower, middle and upper schools within our Learning Community.

Henlow Academy is a unique school. A school set in stunning parkland, once part of Henlow Grange; a progressive school who chose to convert to an Academy in April 2012.
