We are looking for an exceptional and inspirational Head of Learning Character. This person will not only lead on Behaviour but be integral in further developing the Learning Character of the Academy.
The salary we are offering is far higher than a job like this would normally pay. This is because we want someone who is outstanding.
We are looking for a person who believes in a strong, ‘tough love’ approach to discipline and that you understand the importance of fostering a growth mindset with pupils.
If you expect high standards, offer no excuses and believe strongly that children should be respectful and self-disciplined at all times then this may be the role for you.
The role is suitable for a determined and resilient individual who believes that a culture of excellent behaviour for learning and respect is vital to the progress of our pupils and key to maximizing their life chances.
We are proud of our unique Christian ethos and links with the local church communities. We welcome applications from prospective new staff prepared to share in the experience of school improvement.
