Sydenham High School Prep is seeking to appoint a forward-thinking, ambitious and inspiring Head of Learning Development to lead our provision for pupils with SEND, ALN, EAL and those identified as more able. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic specialist teaching team and work in a dynamic and forward facing educational setting. 

You will have a good honours degree, Qualified Teacher Status, a relevant SENCO qualification, as well as experience of teaching across Key Stage 1 and 2. As a dynamic practitioner with an innovative understanding of teaching and learning, you will have high expectations of all pupils’ achievements and be enthusiastic about supporting the attainment of children with specific needs. You will also be committed to contributing to the wider life of the school.
