HEAD OF LEARNING ENHANCEMENT DEPARTMENT (SENCO)

This highly successful Prep School is looking for a qualified and experienced LED / SEN teacher who is personally and administratively confident and capable of leading a professional team of four, and willing to be fully involved in all aspects of prep school life and learning. You should be familiar with, and confident in, all areas of Learning Enhancement, particularly Maths and English, and including assistive technology; you should have experience of devising individual learning plans, chiefly for those with SpLD and other needs, and of providing proactive but sensitive support and guidance to pupils, teachers and parents.
