We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Learning Enrichment (SEN) to lead our team of dedicated professionals.
The Head of Learning Enrichment (SEN) will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the school's Learning Enrichment (SEN) policy and procedures
- Overseeing the provision of Learning Enrichment (SEN) support for all students
- Leading and managing the Learning Enrichment (SEN) team
- Working with parents and carers to ensure that their children's needs are met
- Representing the school on Learning Enrichment (SEN) matters to external agencies
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in education or a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a SEN leadership role
- A proven track record of success in leading and managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for working with children with special educational needs
Special Requirements:
- Applicant’s compliance to supporting and upholding the school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy
- A Criminal Record Disclosure will be required prior to appointment
- Excellent and unequivocal references
- Good attendance and health record

Introduction
Multinational School Bahrain is an inclusive BSO (British Schools Overseas) accredited private school situated in the suburb of Adliya in Manama, Bahrain. The school caters for students from Nursery to Year 13 and boasts a dedicated Learning Enrichment Department offering support to students with varying educational requirements.
History
The school’s campus has a long and colourful history having previously housed the U.S. Embassy and the New York Institute of Technology prior to becoming a school in 2013.
The school initially followed the Australian curriculum before switching to the British curriculum under its new ownership in 2017 and is now a fully accredited British School Overseas. The vibrant and welcoming school community now comprises of over 50 different nationalities and continues to go from strength to strength.
