If you have a passion for helping every child reach their potential and a gift for inspiring young minds, we are looking for you.  The start date for our new Head of Learning Support and SENCo is open to negotiation.

You must have an excellent understanding of the statutory legislation concerning Safeguarding, Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and SEN and be an experienced teacher between KS1 and KS3. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the Pre Senior Baccalaureate (PSB) ethos and framework. You must be passionate about supporting all of our teaching staff in the theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all our students so that they can grow academically, socially and emotionally. You will have experience of leading and working with a team.

You can expect to take home a sense of having done something amazing every single day. As all teachers know, some days may be harder than others but, you’re never alone. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, with other teaching and non-teaching staff across the school, all pulling together to create the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
