Head of Learning Support- Prince's Gardens Preparatory School

The Head of Learning Support will play a role in the distributed leadership and management of the school as an active member of the MLT, working in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to create a culture of high achievement where all children receive a high-quality education. 

To promote quality first teaching and the best academic and pastoral development for each child within a safe and stimulating learning environment.  To represent and promote the best interests of all pupils, particularly those with additional needs academically and pastorally.

The Head of Learning Support will contribute to the development of strategies, policies and practices aimed at raising standards of attainment and achievement throughout the school. This includes taking a clear strategic lead on ensuring standards in the school are raised and narrows the gap for vulnerable groups.
