This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, hands-on Head of Marketing to support the provision of effective marketing for the senior and preparatory schools, ensuring consistency of approach in line with the schools’ ethos, values, aims and marketing objectives.

You will work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a combined strategic marketing plan and to develop the schools’ brand strategy. You will work with a small team to develop marketing activity to support the School’s events, including market research, competitor analysis, demographic research and advertising. You will lead the school in marketing platform investment decisions as part of an overall digital communications strategy; using your analytical skills to monitor and measure the effectives of all marketing activity.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ previous marketing experience, strong written and confident verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a creative and proactive approach. Experience of print media marketing and brand management is essential and experience of graphic design would be desirable. Experience of working in an independent school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
