Exciting opening for a Head of Mathematics at Featherstone High School

We are seeking to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school a highly motivated, forward thinking individual to lead our experienced and exceedingly successful department from September 2017.

The candidate applying for this post should be an ambitious, enthusiastic, committed individual with proven leadership skills, and committed to ensuring further improvements in pupil outcomes. It is expected that the successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner and be responsible for developing outstanding practice and advice for staff across the department. You must be able to demonstrate the leadership qualities, management skills and curriculum vision necessary to provide a high quality learning experience for our pupils. You must be able to demonstrate a determination to promote professional development so it impacts positively on the quality of teaching and learning.

Featherstone High School is a mixed, multi-cultural comprehensive school for pupils between the ages of 11 and 19 situated in the London Borough of Ealing.
