An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent teacher with demonstrable leadership qualities and high expectations of students to teach and lead a popular department.
The appointee will build on existing strengths of the skilled and committed teachers in the department to ensure strong raw outcomes and value-added in A-level and GCSE courses.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a record of high student achievement. They will be committed to quality improvement and have the ability to engage and inspire staff and students alike. Ideally they will also have demonstrable experience of leading others to deliver successful outcomes. The post holder will be involved in promoting enrichment and enhancement activities as well as the promotion of the department and wider College.
