Head of Maths
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Maths to lead our successful and vibrant department. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a clear sense of purpose with high expectations of all students and able to deploy a range of techniques and approaches. You will receive high quality support and CPD from expert colleagues who will coach and guide you through your professional development. The successful candidate will be someone who has:
• The ability to inspire high achievement in young people from all backgrounds.
• A strong track record of outstanding mathematics teaching
• The ability to lead a team successfully.
• A clear commitment to improving their own and others performance through effective continuous professional development.
The successful candidate must also be a strong communicator, be expected to take a lead role in the strategic planning and delivery of Maths throughout the school.
