St. Paul's School has been an 11-18  since 1977, following the re-organisation of Catholic education in Leicestershire.  In September 2018 it became part of the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

It is a Catholic school and centre for the Catholic community, reflecting its hopes, beliefs and values.

All the pupils are regarded as being of equal worth and each of them as deserving of the school's best efforts.

Its members will be encouraged to realise their full worth and potential in order to take their places as responsible and contributing members of society.

It will be as concerned with the spiritual as with the material and within it there will be a living liturgy.

School Prayer:

This is what the Lord asks of you
to act justly
to love tenderly
and to walk humbly with your God

The school is organised horizontally with each year head supported by a team of form tutors. The pupils are placed in mixed ability tutor groups in Year 7 and are taught in those groups in their first year for all subjects except Mathematics. Years 8 -11 are taught in a variety of groupings according to the needs of each department but remain in their mixed ability tutor groups.

The school aims for high standards in all areas. We endeavour to produce a rounded Christian pupil who will be a credit to faith, family and school.
