Context

About Copperfield Verbier and its community

The selected staff member has a unique opportunity along with the founding team to help structure the operations of a world-class academic institution in Verbier: an international community in a unique and inspiring setting.

Our mission is to teach young people to live with compassion and courage, developing the moral compass, the strength of character and technical skills that they will need, whatever they wish to do.

We will achieve this by adhering to five fundamental principles:

●       Engaging in dialogue

●       Sharing leadership

●       Sharing accountability

●       Creating favourable learning conditions

●       Focusing on learning

These principles apply equally to our teaching and learning as well as to our educators and leadership.

Our Values

Our ‘secret sauce' is no secret at all: a school is an integral part of a community and must help each child to develop holistically. In all that we do, therefore, we start by asking: 'What is best for the child?'

Addressing this question time and again has led us to adopt four values:

●       Integrity

●       Transparency

●       Democracy

●       Pluralism

Our Educators

Copperfield is building a best-in-class faculty in Verbier, to ensure that our students are taught by the best in the industry.
