USH has established a reputation for spotting new talent and developing outstanding middle leaders. Due to the relocation of my current subject lead, we are seeking an energetic teacher and leader with the potential to become an exceptional Head of Maths. We are looking for someone who can translate their sound knowledge of Maths into engaging lessons which unite students and staff and help us complete the transformation of our school. In particular, we wish to attract someone who respects and champions the purity of Maths and someone who can learn to lead the USH way*. In return for your positivity and commitment, you will be mentored amongst some of the best middle-leaders in Hampshire; ensuring your success and enabling our children to enjoy Maths and achieve excellent grades in their exams.
