Everest Community Academy is a warm and friendly school that focuses on the personal and social needs of pupils as well as developing and delivering high quality education.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner to lead our MFL Department. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning and will have the ability to motivate pupils and develop staff in a team which prides itself as being collaborative and supportive.

As Head of Department, you will be able to inspire effective teaching and learning and will identify a wide range of evaluation strategies to lead the department in all aspects its success.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an energetic and determined leadership team as we continue in the next stage of the school’s development. The successful candidate will be a team player, who can motivate and inspire all key stakeholders. You will have high expectations for all, tenacity to drive change and above all else a good sense of humour.
