Head of Modern Foreign Languages

We seek to appoint a Head of Modern Foreign Languages with the skills, vision and energy to inspire our pupils.

We seek to appoint a Head of MFL who has:

·        A passion for teaching Spanish and French at KS3 and KS4

·        Strong subject knowledge and experience of raising attainment in languages

·        Drive and enthusiasm to lead and take responsibility for Teaching and Learning in the curriculum area

·        The skills and focus to make contributions to the wider Academy

·        Dedication to improving the opportunities for the pupils of Fulwood Academy by delivering innovative opportunities which go beyond the classroom curriculum

Salary: M1 – UPS3  per annum on the teacher’s pay scale + TLR of 7 points (£3,955)
