The Ethos Team includes a dedicated member of the leadership team, youth workers and an RSE programme coordinator. They work together with key staff to help students develop a sense of identity, make wise and well-informed choices, live with aspiration, and understand and apply the school’s values.

Through the secondary school’s Business and Enterprise Specialism, it draws on the expertise of more than 62 business professionals from 16 local companies, who offer students workshops and advice to help improve their employability.
