The School: Mulberry school for Girls is a high achieving, over- subscribed and successful girls’ comprehensive school for pupils aged 11 to 18. It is a place where girls’ talents and abilities are nurtured in a safe creative space and where they can develop their ambitions and the power for self-determination. We aim to deliver “Confidence, Creativity, Leadership’ and a Life-Long “love of learning”. We believe these things will enable our pupils to lead enriched, happy and fulfilled lives, making a contribution to their own community, to British society and to global well-being. The ethos at Mulberry is a key strength of the school and we are seeking to recruit a passionate and creative professional.  

The Role: The successful candidate should be positive, creative and have a genuine, engaging enthusiasm for the teaching and learning of Music. You should also be able to achieve high levels of student engagement, challenge and progress. This is an exciting opportunity. The school is committed to opportunities for teachers’ professional development and there is a willingness to fast track teachers with the potential to excel. Mulberry School for Girls is part of the Mulberry Schools Trust, a small multi-academy trust in Tower Hamlets. The family of schools within the Trust also includes Mulberry University Technical College, which opened in September 2017, and will soon include Green Spring Academy, located in Shoreditch, East London.   

Our successful candidate will start in September 2018 and will join a talented, vibrant and friendly EPA Faculty.
