Working with the very best sports facilities in the country and a world-class coaching team, you will play a central role in the development of netball, guiding and supporting our teams and ensuring that players of all abilities are able to reach their potential.
You will need to keep abreast of developments within the sport so that the netball programme remains progressive, best practice is shared, and coaching staff are able to uphold the standards expected within the game.

Uppingham School was founded in 1584, originally as a school for boys. In 1975 girls were admitted, and it became fully co-educational as of 2001. The majority of students attending the secondary school are boarders.

“Pupils demonstrate positive attitudes towards work and study. They have good literacy skills at all ages and articulate ideas and opinions fluently. Work is generally presented neatly and pupils’ note-taking is effective. They develop good numeracy skills and their capacity to think critically is notable. Creative abilities are well developed and their exploration of ideas is particularly marked in their enrichment activities. Pupils’ study habits are good. In the lessons observed, pupils worked very well with each other, and also worked well independently. They enjoy their work and this stems in part from the good-natured atmosphere in lessons. Pupils use information and communications technology (ICT) proficiently.”
