The role

Sutton High School is seeking an engaging and passionate practitioner to lead the provision for neurodiverse pupils across our thriving school, in an environment where individuality is both nurtured and celebrated.

The successful candidate should have the capability to lead a team of Learning Support Assistants, manage individual pupil learning pathways and drive forward the very best support for pupils with additional needs. 

This is a leadership role, with ownership of the school’s learning support programme, day to day coordination of the support for pupils with additional needs and responsibility for the strategic development of this pivotal area.

Sutton High School is an academically selective independent day school for 900 girls with an age range of 3 to 18 years. We are situated on a green and leafy site in central Sutton, close to excellent public transport links and with specialist contemporary learning facilities such as Design Studios, a Ceramics Room, an Emilio Reggio EYFS Building, an amphitheatre and Oracy Space.
