Trinity Academy is the outstanding flagship school in Trinity Multi-Academy Trust. We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust, our Executive Principal is a National Leader of Education and we are the lead school in the Trinity Teaching School Alliance, White Rose Maths and West Yorkshire Maths Hub.

We are currently looking for a Head of Operations and Communications for External Initiatives, to lead on the delivery of an efficient, professional and effective central (general) administration service across the Teaching School Alliance, White Rose Maths and West Yorkshire Maths Hub. 

The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring the operations and communications teams run effectively. You will ensure all aspects of the Teaching School and Maths Hub business management is operated and developed to a high standard, providing a high quality administration support, providing (sometimes complex) solutions to a range of leaders.

The role will involve providing a comprehensive and efficient PA service and an administrative support to the Head of External Initiatives and other senior leaders, whilst providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that the Operations and Communications Teams run effectively.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in a similar role, line management, working to deadlines and providing administration services. Experience of using databases and a wide range of IT packages is essential along with managing significant projects from inception to completion. Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential. 

The place of work for the successful candidate will be The Maltings College.

Trinity Multi Academy Trust is a Diocesan multi academy trust that is open to schools of all faiths and none.
