Our school is at an exciting stage of development, having just opened phase one of our new buildings, housing a contemporary new Sixth Form facility, Student Café and number of well-equipped classrooms. Phase 2 will be opening in September 2018 to include a bespoke Drama studio and theatre.  The academy provides a purposeful learning environment for both students and staff, stressing the importance of creativity, independence, celebration and empathy. PE and Dance are both popular subjects at GCSE and A level with students achieveing excellent results, regularly  above the national average. We run a immense programme of clubs, fixtures and performances across the year, offering our students fabulous opportunities to shine. We have excellent facilities including our brand new MUGA and our new Theatre will allow for some amazing dance shows and performances. 

Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to teach up to and including GCSE and A Level PE. Ideally candidates will have experience in Netball, Badminton and Trampolining as well as being able to deliver the socio-cultural aspect of the A Level theory. In Dance we are looking for the ability to teach dance to both KS3 & 4. Ideally you will have a full driving licence with the ability to drive our school minibus, to escort students to their various events.  We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, flexible, committed to raising attainment and removing barriers to improve life chances of our young people.
