Due to the promotion of our current post-holder, Oakbank is looking to recruit a talented and inspirational Head of Phase (Years 7 & 8) who has the drive and passion to embrace this vision and ethos and who is committed to the highest achievement for all; a leader who is committed to supporting young people to be independent thinkers in a global community.

Heads of Phase are responsible for the Pastoral and Academic success of their Phase.
