We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic teacher who will seize an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the Philosophy and Theology Department. Rugby is renowned for its innovative approach to education; as a coaching school we are looking for staff who are committed to professional development and personal growth.
The School is a boarding and day school in full operation seven days per week including evenings during term time. Pastoral, co-curricular, cultural and sports activities take place outside normal day-school hours, and all staff will be expected to contribute fully to these activities. Accommodation is provided for all full time teaching staff.
