The College

Marlborough College Malaysia opened in 2012 and is a British day and boarding school for pupils aged 3-18 years. The school currently comprises a Pre-Prep, Preparatory and Senior School and is situated in 90 acres in the Iskandar region of Malaysia, close to Singapore and Johor Bahru. There are six boarding Houses, (4 boys and 2 girls), 4 Senior (13-18yrs) and 2 Junior (10-12yrs).
The School is a genuine expansion of Marlborough College in the UK and is managed and governed by a number of people who have a strong association with Marlborough.

Employment Package

As well as working in a beautiful and collegial environment, the College offers an attractive package and a generous remuneration package which includes accommodation and relocation assistance, private Medical Insurance, meals during term time, school fee remission and a bonus in lieu of pension. Salary is taxable at Malaysian marginal tax rates and some benefits provided are deemed taxable as a benefit in kind. 

The Recruitment Process
