A Head of Pre-Prep and EYFS who will work as a full member of the Senior Leadership Team and will have a challenging and exciting role in our pre-prep community. Applications are welcome from both outstanding teachers seeking their first senior leadership position, as well as proven leaders with established experience in this age range.

Our vision is for Bede’s to be a place ‘where every child finds joy in their pursuit of brilliance and we are looking for an enthusiastic educator to provide strategic leadership and represent the academic and pastoral interests for pre-prep.

Following a longlist meeting of the Selection Committee, successful candidates will then be invited to first round interviews which will take place virtually during week commencing 28 February. Short list interviews will be held in person week commencing 7 March.
