Gems Founders School Al Mizhar are seeking an experienced Head of Primary for September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role on the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the Principal/CEO in strategically, operationally, and financially leading the school.

As Head of Primary, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction and success of the school. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development, implementation, and review of an outstanding primary curriculum.
• Foster a culture where all data is viewed as wellbeing data and is utilised effectively to optimise progress and personalise learning.
•  Role model and promote exceptionally high academic standards while committing to UAE National Agenda targets.
•  Ensure high standards of learning and teaching through effective monitoring, evaluation, and review systems, alongside professional development opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality safeguarding, care, and support for all students.
• Manage budgets and undertake teaching and other professional duties as delegated by the Principal/CEO.
•  Collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents using excellent interpersonal skills.
•  Actively contribute to the school community and culture through engagement in extracurricular programmes and community events.
