As the Head of Primary at ICS City Center, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and ensuring the overall academic success and well-being of our primary students. Your responsibilities will include:

Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the implementation and development of the British curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all primary grades.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of dedicated teachers, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Student Support: Foster a caring and inclusive school culture, ensuring the welfare and academic progress of all primary students, while promoting their personal and social development.

Parental Engagement: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents, providing regular updates, organizing parent workshops, and encouraging their active involvement in their child's education.

Educational Excellence: Continuously drive academic excellence by implementing effective assessment strategies, monitoring student progress, and implementing appropriate interventions as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Recognized teaching qualification with relevant certifications

Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience, with 4 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school

Excellent knowledge of the British curriculum, assessment practices, and current educational trends

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to motivate and inspire both students and staff
