As the Head of High School, you will play a vital role in our ambitious project. You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the high school, ensuring that our mission and values are reflected in all aspects of the school's operations. You will be an inspiring leader who can motivate and mentor our teachers, students, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of successful leadership in education, ideally at the high school level.
• An understanding of the importance of a holistic education, critical thinking skills, and an ability to prepare students for the modern world.
• A deep knowledge of the International Baccalaureate programme and experience in its implementation.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and families.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources, and a commitment to achieving financial sustainability for the school.
• A passion for the wellbeing and professional development of our teachers.
• Russian language or experience of work in Russia/Ukraine is a asignificant plus

As the Head of High School, you will be a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the School Board. You will be responsible for the academic performance of the high school, developing and implementing policies and programmes, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of the IB programme. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our other teams, including the school of entrepreneurship, the food production team, and the sports and health team, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to education.
