Our client is a mid-sized Independent faith school south west of Sydney. On the cusp of its 10th year, this holistic P to 12 College is nearing the 900 student mark thanks to a track record of holistic educational outputs. The College Board seeks to appoint a new Head of Primary to lead the Primary school in its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will deliver on several mandates, working with a collaborative senior leadership team to: provide strategic leadership and vision; maintain high levels of staff engagement and development; lead the continued improvement of primary education in line with National standards and the College’s holistic expectations.

  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Principal
  • Leading a well-established and successful Primary School within the P to 12 College

About You:

The school is looking for an experienced Head of Primary who has provided a high level of school leadership, notably in implementing the strategic vision of the College; maintaining high levels of staff engagement, ensuring that student outcomes meet National Minimum Standards and school expectation.

You will:

  • Be eligible to work in Australia
  • Be an experienced Head of Primary, ideally with Independent school experience
  • Possess valid references, police clearances and working with children checks
  • Be willing to undertake mandatory critical thinking and personality testing
  • Be capable of commencing in early 2017.
