We are seeking to appoint an experienced and tenacious Head of Principal Recruitment who will lead a proactive and effective executive search function researching and engaging with outstanding leaders and open up a dialogue about opportunities across the network. This is a key role within Ark – making the right appointment, the first time round is critical to the success of our schools and in delivering the best outcomes for students. The Head of Principal Recruitment will work in partnership with Ark’s Head of People Development and the Education team to implement Ark’s talent management strategy and develop bespoke progression pathways for internal senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have worked at a senior level in an in-house/internal recruitment team or recruitment agency, ideally within a school or education setting and have extensive experience of senior level search. We are looking for a candidate who can lead on all the strategic elements of Principal recruitment as well as act as an ambassador of the organisation as part of senior level recruitment.
