We have an exciting opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team in this new role which will be key to the success of our brand new Advanced Skills and Innovation Centre which opens this summer.
As Head of Professional Programmes, you will be responsible for developing, articulating and implementing the strategy for the Wakefield Business School. In addition, you’ll take the lead in developing an innovative and relevant curriculum, exploiting opportunities for income generation and enhancing the Wakefield Business School brand within the District and across the wider region through a combination of high academic standards and the latest business practice.
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders
- A track record of implementing strategies to improve student experience
You will hold:
- A degree or professional qualification of an equivalent level
- Relevant Postgraduate Level 7, qualification, or currently working towards
- PGCE / Teaching Qualification
