Head of Programme for Drama, Dance & Speech

Fixed Term for 6 Months with potential to extend to a year.

Do you have experience within the arts to develop a leading programme of learning and promote an outstanding student experience? Are you proactive, entrepreneurial, innovative and able to lead a diverse team? Do you have excellent communication, planning and management skills? 

If so, you could be our new Head of Programme for Drama, Dance & Speech, providing strategic and operational leadership to develop the curriculum, drive quality improvement, student satisfaction and success. You will also recruit, manage and support a diverse team, effectively manage resources and teach on the programme as necessary.
