St John’s Academy Marlborough is one of the highest performing academies in the Country and a key member of the highly effective Excalibur Academies Trust.  We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Psychology to join our exceptionally supportive and passionate team. 

We require an enthusiastic and well qualified teacher and leader to teach Psychology and ideally, Sociology or Health & Social Care.  You will be an outstanding teacher with a proven track record, and this role will be the lead for a very popular 6th form subject with up to 6 groups each year across both Year 12 and Year 13.

The Psychology department as well as the rest of the Academy, performs at a very high level and it has a very clear focus on students making better than expected progress.
