Head of RE

An enthusiastic and experienced colleague with a strong commitment to effective and innovative teaching and learning is needed to fill this important post in the large and vibrant Humanities Faculty.
The appointed candidate should be able to teach RE at KS3 – 4 with experience of teaching KS5 desirable but not essential. Candidates should also have suitable experience of planning and delivering schemes of learning at the relevant keys stages. Previous experience of leading staff is preferred but not essential. All students study RE throughout KS3 and as an optional GCSE at KS4. RE will also contribute to the PSHE curriculum at KS4.
