Due to the pending retirement of our current Head of Service, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader who is not constrained by a traditional approach to education. As a strong candidate who may already be a headteacher or an aspiring head teacher, you will connect learning and strong relationships, seeing them as the key to success. You will have high aspirations for all of the young people and staff you work with.
Redbridge Tuition Service, judged Outstanding by Ofsted in May 2015, caters for up to 48 youngsters who have been permanently excluded, at risk of exclusion, or school refusers and non-attenders.
The successful candidate will be:
