Are you an inspirational leader able to review, support and guide schools and deliver bespoke training and consultancy to help schools develop highly effective provision and practice - then why not consider joining the Early Excellence Strategic Adviser Team. 

Early Excellence is a highly respected and well-established national leader of Early Years and KS1 Education specialising in school improvement, training teachers and equipping schools. We provide an extensive range of products and deliver consultancy, training and events nationally and internationally to ensure school and nursery leaders and teachers stay up to date with the latest policy and achieve best practice.  

We have an exciting and challenging leadership role, starting September 2020 or sooner if possible, for a Head of Regional Development and/or Consultant Trainer.  This post holds responsibility for developing strong connections with Schools, LAs, MATs, TSAs as well as Independent Private Schools and Nurseries across London and the South East.  

Working closely with the CEO and Strategic Leadership Team who lead the vision and services of the organisation, this is a highly rewarding role for an experienced Adviser, Head or Senior Leader in school who enjoys networking, is an experienced trainer and has the knowledge and confidence to support Heads, EYFS and KS1 Leaders and teachers who are on a journey of improvement. You must thrive on a busy schedule and be able to travel easily around the South East and London to secure, organise and deliver multiple events and services.

The post is home based with admin support from our National Centre in Huddersfield. It requires great flexibility to travel around the country, mainly in London and South East.
