St Alban's Catholic High School is a very popular and successful school serving the faith community of the South of Suffolk. The Governors are seeking to appoint a practicing Catholic to lead and inspire the Religious Education department.
- be able to teach up to A Level
- assume line management responsibility for the work of our full time Lay Chaplain
- lead the self-evaluation and the development and monitoring work of the Catholic life of the school.
The school has an 'Outstanding' rating for Section 48 inspection and has a dedicated Chapel. The school also holds the RE Mark Gold.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Catholic Education in the only Catholic High School in the south of Suffolk. The school enjoys the active support of the Diocese of East Anglia and is working towards joining the Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Multi-Academy Trust during 2019.
