As a Church of England school, Religious Studies has an important place within the curriculum throughout our seven-year curriculum journey. This post provides a unique opportunity to be part of the transformational journey of our school. We are expecting a SIAMs inspection and are aiming for Excellence. Given the importance of this position, the successful candidate will play a central role in the development of Religious Studies across the school.
We seek an outstanding candidate to lead our Religious Studies department. We are looking for someone with drive and innovation, who has the ability to lead and motivate. You will need to have experience of managing change and have an excellent understanding of the curriculum and be able to teach across the key stages. You will certainly have strong management and leadership skills and relish new challenges.
