From September 2025, we seek to appoint a well-qualified, efficient, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher for the role of Head of Religious Studies.
This is a well-organised and high-achieving department, which aims to nurture the students’ knowledge, skills and interests in the subject. Applicants should be able to teach Religious Studies from Years 7 to 13, including preparation for Oxbridge entrance.
The position would suit an existing Head of Department or an ambitious teacher looking for a leadership role.

School Details
From September 2025, Walthamstow Hall will accept girls aged 7 to 11 into Blackburn House and girls aged 11–18 into the Senior School.
The majority of girls from our Junior School join us at 11+, along with pupils from other feeder Schools locally. We also have entry at 13+ and 16+, and retention into Sixth Form is strong.
