Head of School - Davies Lane Primary School

We are looking to appoint a Head of School to work at Davies Lane Primary School, part of Arbor Academy Trust.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of School with the ability to provide inspirational leadership and outstanding learning opportunities that enable children to achieve the highest standards.

Davies Lane Primary School is a four-form-entry school with onsite Nursery, across two buildings. The school was inspected by Ofsted in 2014 and is an 'outstanding’ school. The school is situated in a mixture of victorian and modern, state of the art buildings in the culturally diverse are of Leytonstone in Waltham Forest. Our school is a place where everyone is valued and supported, where we all work hard to be the best that we can be, both as learners and as responsible citizens and members of society.

As Head of School, you will lead from the front, working with school SLT, the trust and board of governors to drive improvements and ensure the school is continuing on our journey to remain Outstanding. You will champion growing excellence and will motivate school staff and pupils to achieve to the best of their abilities. This is a great chance for a dynamic Senior Leader or existing Head of School to join a forward-thinking school and multi-academy trust.
