Head of School

Hadleigh High School is seeking to appoint a new dynamic Head of School to build on recent improvements and continue to move the academy forward.

The successful candidate will have the leadership qualities to inspire and encourage staff and students to achieve their very best. You will have an innovative, inclusive approach to leadership and work closely with Sarah Skinner the Executive Headteacher and CEO.

Hadleigh High School was one of the founding three schools that created the South Suffolk Learning Trust, a Multi Academy Trust built on strong collaborative working. The Trust is currently made up of three high schools with the first primary school joining in July 2018.

Located in Hadleigh, Suffolk the school has just over 700 students. A relentless focus on improving academic outcomes, high quality CPD for staff and collaboration with other Trust schools is central to the continuing improvements being made at this school.
