We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, qualified, and experienced Head, who is looking for a new challenge.
The position involves the following range of experiences and attributes:
- An exemplary approach to Early Years
- Experience teaching in Early Years 1-5 years of age
- Maintaining the high standards and philosophy of our Nurseries
- Good Safeguarding & SEND knowledge
- Experience of leading a team
- Willing to teach when necessary
- Proficient IT skills
- Staff and child observations/appraisals
- Well Organised
- Highly motivated
- Works well under pressure within a big team
- Proven record of written and verbal English
