Then we have an exciting opportunity awaiting you. We are looking for an inspirational Head of School to work alongside our Executive Head driving our School to Good and beyond.
We are looking for a Head of School who:
- Will support the Executive Head in delivering our strong vision and ethos for the school and ensuring the whole school is supportive.
- Has a clear understanding of effective secondary education and how it will translate to our school.
- Has experience of bringing about rapid and sustained school improvement.
- Is able to secure high quality teaching and learning across the whole school.
- Alongside the Executive Head can develop, inspire and lead a high performing team.
- Has high expectations of all pupils and a commitment to maximise their potential.
- Communicates effectively with the whole school community.
- Has presence, is approachable and visible within the school, and can inspire confidence and trust.
